FAM azide用于点击化学的标记。FAM依然是多种应用流域流行的荧光标记物之一。大多数荧光检测仪器从读板机到荧光显微镜都可以在FAM通道使用该染料。
鉴于点击化学的广泛应用，把这种流行的染料标记到几乎所有炔烃分子上将成为可能。
FAM azide有两种形式可供选择，粉剂和在我们的推荐标记手册中的10mM浓度溶解与DMSO的溶液形式。该产品是纯化的5-isomer。FAM可以替代Alexa Fluor 488和DyLight 488。
