0.1-1.5 kbp DNA Marker is composed of eleven linear double-stranded DNA bands (0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1 and 1.5 kbp). The 0.5 kbp band (100 ng/5 µl) serves as the reference band as it is double the concentration of the other bands (50 ng/5 µl) and therefore appears with double the intensity of the other bands on the gel. This product is ready-to-use and is premixed with 1X DNA loading buffer.

Target 0.1-1.5 kbp DNA Marker
Storage Store between 2-8 °C for up to 6 months, or at -20 °C for long-term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Buffer 10 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.4, 10 mM EDTA, 0.02% Bromophenol Blue, 5% Glycerol.
Concentration 0.12 ng/ml
Availability Shipped within 10-20 working days.
Note This product is for research use only.
Directions for use Use 1 µl/mm gel lane, or 5 µl/gel lane. Recommended agarose concentration: 2.0%. Not suitable for use with polyacrylamide gels.
