Short Description: Recombinant-Cynomolgus CD3 epsilon/CD3E-C-hFc protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-hFc. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity: Immobilized Cyno CD3 Epsilon, hFc Tag at 1 Mu g/mL (100 Mu L/Well). Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-CD3E Ab. with the EC50 of 0.2 Mu g/mL determined by ELISA.
Immunogen Region: Gln22-Asp117
Immunogen: Recombinant Cynomolgus CD3 Epsilon Protein is produced by Expi293 expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Gln22-Asp117) of Cynomolgus CD3 Epsilon fused with a hFc tag at the C-terminal.
