Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity: Immobilized Human CD3 epsilon & CD3 gamma Heterodimer Protein at 0.5 Mu g/mL (100 Mu L/well) , dose response curve for Anti-hCD3e monoclonal antibody with the EC50 of 1.22 Mu g/mL determined by ELISA.
