Short Description: Recombinant-Human Integrin alpha 5 beta 1 (ITGA5 & ITGB1) Heterodimer-C-His & Avi protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-His & Avi. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity: Immobilized Human ITGA5&ITGB1, His Tag at 0.5 Mu g/mL (100 Mu L/Well). Dose response curve for Anti-ITGA5&ITGB1 Ab.with the EC50 of 35.4 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
