Immunoreactivity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human MOG at 1 Mu g/mL (100 Mu L/well) can bind Myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein Rabbit mAb with a linear range of 0.98-2.5 ng/mL
