Short Description: Recombinant-Human PSA/KLK3-C-His protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-His. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity: Measured by its ability to cleave the colorimetric peptide substrate, Succinyl-Arg-Pro-Tyr-p-Nitroanilide (Suc-RPY-pNA). The specific activity is >160 pmol/min/Mu g, as measured under the described conditions.
