Short Description: Recombinant-Human Thrombopoietin R/MPL-C-His protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-His. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity: Immobilized Human c-MPL, His Tag at 0.2 Mu g/ml (100 Mu l/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-c-MPL Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 9.1ng/ml determined by ELISA.
