Short Description: PDE3B Blocking Peptide is synthetically produced from the 1050-2000 sequence and is suitable for use in western blot applications.
Formulation: Liquid form at 2.5mg/ml concentration in PBS. Up to 5% DMSO can be added. Orders with >1mg can be supplied in lyophilized powder form, or in buffer of choice.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for long term storage. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Function Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase with a dual-specificity for the second messengers cAMP and cGMP, which are key regulators of many important physiological processes. Regulates angiogenesis by inhibiting the cAMP-dependent guanine nucleotide exchange factor RAPGEF3 and downstream phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase gamma-mediated signaling. Controls cardiac contractility by reducing cAMP concentration in cardiocytes.
