Immunoreactivity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Mouse CD86 Protein at 5 Mu g/mL (100 Mu L/well) can bind Mouse CD28 with a linear range of 0.0012-1.154 Mu g/mL.
