Short Description: Recombinant-Mouse PSMA/FOLH1-N-His protein was developed from hek293 and has a target region of N-His. For use in research applications.

Dilution Range: Upon receipt centrifuge vial to ensure maximal product extraction, recommended: 20sec, 5K RPM

Endotoxin: Endotoxin content was assayed using a LAL gel clot method. Endotoxin level was found to be less than 0.1 ng/µg (1EU/µg).

Function Has both folate hydrolase and N-acetylated-alpha-linked-acidic dipeptidase (NAALADase) activity. Has a preference for tri-alpha-glutamate peptides. In the intestine, required for the uptake of folate. In the brain, modulates excitatory neurotransmission through the hydrolysis of the neuropeptide, N-aceylaspartylglutamate (NAAG), thereby releasing glutamate. Also exhibits a dipeptidyl-peptidase IV type activity. In vitro, cleaves Gly-Pro-AMC.
