Short Description: Proteinase K (High Conc.)-Tag Free protein was developed from p.pastoris and has a target region of Tag Free. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized powder is recommended to dissolve in in 20mM TRIS-Hcl, 30mM NaCl, 50% Glycerol, 5mM CaCl2, pH 7.2-7.4.

Immunoreactivity: Measured by its digestion activity. The activity is >30U/mg. One unit will digest Casein at 37°C (pH 7.5) per minute to produce equal absorbance as 1.0 µmol of L-tyrosine.
