Short Description: Recombinant-Rat B7-H1/PD-L1/CD274-C-His protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-His. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Rat PD-L1 (Catalog: RP01568) at 10 Mu g/mL (100 Mu L/well) can bind Biotinylated Rat PD-1 with a linear range of 0.0195-2.16 Mu g/mL.
Immunogen Region: Ala18-Thr238
Immunogen: Recombinant Rat B7-H1/PD-L1/CD274 Protein is produced by HEK293 cells expression system. The target protein is expressed with sequence (Ala18-Thr238) of rat B7-H1/PD-L1/CD274 (Accession #NP_001178883.1) fused with a 6×His tag at the C-terminus.
