Short Description: Recombinant-SARS-CoV-2 Spike RBD (B.1.640.2/IHU)-C-His protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-His. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity: Immobilized SARS-Cov-2 Spike RBD (B.1.640.2/IHU) , His Tag at 0.5 Mu g/mL (100 Mu L/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human ACE2, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 41.3 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
