Short Description: TMEM73 Blocking Peptide is synthetically produced from the 332-342 sequence and is suitable for use in western blot applications.
Formulation: Liquid form at 2.5mg/ml concentration in PBS. Up to 5% DMSO can be added. Orders with >1mg can be supplied in lyophilized powder form, or in buffer of choice.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for long term storage. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acid region 332-342. The selected peptide was post-synthetically modified to achieve highest antigenicity before coupling to a carrier protein using hetero bifunctional cross linker. Sequence: SFSLLSSQEVLRHLLR
Background Facilitator of innate immune signaling that acts as a sensor of cytosolic DNA from bacteria and viruses and promotes the production of type I interferon (IFN-alpha and IFN-beta). Innate immune response is triggered in response to non-CpG double-stranded DNA from viruses and bacteria delivered to the cytoplasm.
