Short Description: Recombinant-Mouse SLAMF2/CD48-C-hFc protein was developed from hek293 cells and has a target region of C-hFc. For use in research applications.
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.22 Mu m filtered solution of PBS, pH 7.4.
Storage Instruction: Store at-20°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt, and avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
Immunoreactivity: Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CD48 (Catalog: RP01591) at 10 Mu g/mL (100 Mu L/well) can bind Human CD224 (Catalog: RP00167) with a linear range of 0.87-18.4 ng/mL.
